How do I book a yacht?+
Pick a yacht and send the booking form with your date, time and guest count. We confirm availability and lock in your reservation.
How do I pay for my yacht rental?+
Once availability is confirmed we reach out to arrange payment. A 35% deposit holds the date and the rest is due the day of the charter. Zelle, Venmo (+5%), Apple Pay (+7.5%) and card (+4%) are accepted.
What is included in the rental price?+
Yacht, captain and crew, fuel, water, ice, cups, silverware and a floating water mat. Jet skis, party setups, catering and DJs can be added for an extra cost.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?+
Yes — bring whatever you like on board. We can also arrange catering if you prefer.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Cancel at least 10 days before your date for a full refund. Inside 10 days is non-refundable, but we will help you reschedule.
Can I book multiple yachts together so they are docked side by side?+
Yes — we coordinate tie-ups for you at no extra cost.
How far in advance should I book?+
As early as you can, especially for weekends and holidays when the calendar fills fast.
Is tipping the crew required?+
It is not required but always appreciated. A standard tip runs 10-20% of the charter price.
Can we swim and use the water during the charter?+
Absolutely. Most charters include anchor time to swim, float, and use add-ons like jet skis or jet cars.
What happens if it rains?+
If the captain considers conditions unsafe we reschedule or refund in full. Light rain usually does not cancel a charter.
